Properly Prepped, Clean Up is a Breeze

Last week I was lamenting the mess on the hangar floor. Mineral spirits and adhesive had soaked into and stained the floor I painted and sealed last spring. The work of rolling paint, waiting for it to dry and rolling sealer took a week and I was beaming when it was finished. Not properly protecting that floor this past week offered one hard learned lesson: If you think the floor is sealed, wait another day and seal it again.
Stopping the work on the interior to fix the floor was not an option this weekend, so I took a little time to protect the floor instead. $1 shower curtains are holding up well.
